Business Development Manager

About you

You love working with other people and they enjoy working with you. Despite different backgrounds, skills and characters you often find common ground with others. You are able to understand client needs and prepare a list of needed user stories and features. You are proficient in English and can negotiate fairly complex agreements along with maintaining healthy customer relations. Additionally, you have a basic understanding of DO’s and DONT’s when dealing with different people from European and North American countries.

Key responsibilities

• Finding new business clients in the Europe and North America.
• Finding new business opportunities.
• Preparing content for promotional materials.
• Keeping company website and social media profiles up to date.
• Conducting business and information meetings with potential clients.
• Building good relations with clients.
• Taking part in agreement negotiations.
• Managing project teams (including third party teams).
• Managing various projects in agile or waterfall methodology.
• Taking responsibility for the results of performed actions.

Essential skills

• Very good knowledge of English.
• Degree in preferably IT or Economics.
• Familiarity with IT in business.
• 2-3 years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge about an IT company’s operations.
• Ability to identify a client’s needs.
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work on a team with developers and testers.
• Willingness to travel to customers both within Poland and abroad.
• Optimism.
• Love for working with people.
