Frontend Developer

About you

You are able to slice a provided PSD design and implement it into a working, responsive website. The HTML5/CSS3/JS code you produce is not only well thought-out but also clean & easy to maintain. Additionally, you are aware of current design trends and familiar with a couple of popular frameworks. Your Photoshop skills allow you to add modifications requested by customer and implement them into existing websites. Last but not least, you cooperate well with others and recognize the value of teamwork, but you’re also quite independent when working alone.

Key responsibilities

• Creating website designs in accordance to provided designs.
• Transferring a PSD file into a working HTML5/CSS/JS.
• Working as part of a team, which may be created for a particular project or a specific section of a website or program.
• Sometimes you will have to work alone and organize your time on your own.
• Reviewing and fixing issues raised by the testing team and end users.
• In spare time consulting periodicals and tech reports to improve your skills.

Your skills

• Experience in designing user interfaces of web applications.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Expertise in working with jQuery and one or two current frameworks.
• Knowledge of Drupal & WordPress CMS.
• Familiarity with implementations of responsive websites.
• Good knowledge of English.

Your other skills

These skills are nice-to-haves, but they are not a requirement:

• Knowledge of Java || Python || PHP.
• Good knowledge of .NET including WPF & WCF.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON.
• Experience in working with SVN or GIT.
